If they are aliens to us, then we must be aliens to them.

The article negates the idea of ascribing to a God our unexplainable existence. Therefore, it would cancel that out if we think that we are the only children of God in this vast cosmos.

Well, for long time, I too was in search of some evidence, negating the existence of GOD. Not a very strong dis-believer of GOD, neither a complete believer, I was always for a look out to find some proof which might establish this fact, that our existence is sheer result of the universe’s randomness.

well i won’t be amazed if it turns out to be so. BTW coming to the ”GOD” part, tell me one thing, who created the aliens (considering they created us)?

We can consider our existence as a coincidence without ascribing to a superior being. But the same is true for the aliens. BTW visit my blog for some other thoughts about aliens

Actually, no because even if we are aliens, we are so with respect to the planet. So, the search for ’our aliens’ (the ones other than us) will still continue. And the stories will keep on coming. I love it.
